Erik has spent the last four years being trained by Todd Zalinski. In that time, his focus and enjoyment of the fitness world led to a transition to becoming a full time personal trainer. Last year Erik was certified as a personal trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Now Erik has a growing his client base and is helping others begin and continue their journey in the fitness world. Erik also trains one-on-one cardio kickboxing.
Erik’s goal is to help you achieve your fitness goals and get into the best shape of your life. It’s the foundation of all that we are and it’s his honor to help you on that journey. It’s an end of itself and also the start of an exploration of an entire word of exercise and recreation.
