Jorgi received her MS in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Sport Performance Training in 2017. She is originally from New Mexico where she attended UNM and competed as a Division I swimmer during her undergrad, and is also where she established her initial interest in strength and conditioning as a result of the positive experience she had with her own strength coach as an athlete there.
Jorgi is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA, NASM certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist as well as Performance Enhancement Specialist, and TRX Suspension trained.
Jorgi has spent the last four years working with a variety of clientele in the strength and conditioning/personal training world. Jorgi has coaching experience ranging from college to youth athletes as well as pregnant women and military. Outside of working with one-on-one clients Jorgi works in corporate wellness as a group fitness instructor and nutrition consultant and enjoys the variety of people she gets to positively impact on a daily basis.
Jorgi’s passion is to help individuals find ways to move that make them feel more functional, better about themselves and how they look and feel, and to apply what they learn in the gym to their entire life. She aspires to teach others how to appreciate the value of living in a healthy mind and body.
